In 5 years. I lost 65lbs., was bench pressing 300lbs. Graduated college with honors, Suma Cum. And At age 23, istarted traveling around the  world speaking in arenas & stadiums to millions. Did I mention I married the girl of my dreams, finished law school and wrote a best-selling book. This is what I know to be true, how you start does not determine how you’ll finish. What allows these shifts possible? It’s about your foundation. I believe if you get your foundation right, the rest takes care of itself. It’s focussing on the root not the fruit. You can do a lot by will power, but it won’t be lasting. A persons foundation supersedes that. You can build a secure beautiful home, but if the foundation is faulty. The house will eventually fall. What are those foundational pillars that caused the dramatically shift in my life? I now call them the 5 transformational pillars of life. They are Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness & Finances. When I secured these 5 foundational pillars/principles, everything dramatically changed.  (Since their principles you can keep building on them for a lifetime.) The first thing I stumbled upon was Faith.
